This multi-purpose design offers all of the features of the inner thigh and outer thigh machines. Range of motion position allows for different start-stop positions and accommodates a wide range of users (i.e. rehab, beginners etc.) A simple lock-pin adjustment on each leg arm changes the machine to the next exercise mode. Maintenance free pillow block bearings enhance the smoothness through the range of motion.
